Supplier Buddy Rating System
How feedbacks are converted into numbers?
The Buddy Rating is designed to incorporate feedback from buyers who have procured items from the SupplierBuddy. The procurement records shall be established based on the furnishing of a Purchase Order (PO) or Work Order, an Inspection Release Note (IRN), or completion certificates for previous supplies.
By collecting insights at various stages and milestones of the procurement regarding technical compliance, communication, adherence to price and schedule, workmanship, etc., the system ensures that a Buddy who demonstrates high ethical standards, transparency in communication, and reliability receives a higher “Buddy Rating”. This approach fosters a community of trust and ethics within Buddies.
The final rating of the SupplierBuddy is calculated as follows:
